General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The root cause of recurrent bladder prolapse is a weakness of pelvic floor muscles for various reasons. Additional contributing factors for failure of the previous repair may be a chronic cough, constipation, weightlifting or others.

I would suggest consulting a consultant surgeon for in person examination, get necessary evaluations done and curative surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
