What Causes Bleeding A Mix Of Dark Brown Blood And Bright Red Blood?

i had a mirena put in about a two months ago. I ve been bleeding ever since i got it non stop. i went back to the doctor after a month and they told me it was in place and i should go back in another month. I m bleeding a mix of dark brown blood and bright red. Should i be worried?
