What Causes Bleeding After 5 Years?

I am female, I turned 62 in march 2014 Last real period I had was about 5 years ago, no bleeding or spotting since then Yesterday out of the blue - starting bleeding - what could be happening? It was not a big deal, but enough to worry me, seems odd. Nothing happening today though.

Bleeding after stopping of periods needs evaluation.
You need to undergo test called fractional currettage that involves studying of the endometrium that is uterine lining and cervical lining(endocervical currettage) to see what is causing you to bleed.
According to the report if testing you need further treatment.
