What Causes Bleeding After An Intercourse While On Utovlan?

i took utovlan to stop my period but on the 2nd day i bled during sex, i stopped the utovlan and waited for my period, but again i bled during sex n its stopped again, i should have my period now as its been 4 days since i stopped the pills?
