There's not always blood either. Never on the first wipe or second... Usually towards then end of wiping I guess? I don't know how to explain that. The amounts of blood are not big at all. There small spots of blood, bright red, and it's always when I'm wiping. I'm worried about this, and I don't know what I should do. I need advice! Please help!
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. You are getting red blood on repeated wiping after passing stool. Without any other symptoms of pain, constipation or so that you have mentioned this looks to be the local skin problems as you seem to be wiping hard and rubbing hte skin causing some blood to appear. Hence stop worrying first and get examined by your Doctor to get an exact cause. Insist for per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy to get exact diagnosis hence getting a plan of management. If the problems is local, you have to stop wiping and instead start using spray of water to clean the area, make it dry and apply liquid povidone iodine. If there is any internal problem like hemorrhoids or so you will be get an appropriate treatment as per the cause thus found. Take laxatives for softening the stool. Change diet to suit the intestines and have proper motion. Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
