What Causes Bleeding After Bowel Movement?

HI I have been having bleeding after a bowel movement on and off at the very end with brigh;t red blood for over 15 years now, my stool is soft, and it takes 15 min, to go to the bathroom. I do alot of lifting and bending etc. at work and home, I am 57 had been to the doctor several times, tried supposories, cream etc. I do eat a 1/2 or less of amounts a da;y, can you help why I bleed.

I guess you have Internal hemorrhoids which are bleeding.
If u have tried the medical line of management then I advice u to undergo surgery.
