What Causes Bleeding After C Section?

Hi, had a csection 6weeks ago. Lifted the whole pram with baby in it and hurt my stomach 5days ago. Started bleeding after this and am still bleeding. I have terrible pains mostly either side of my stomach. Hurts to lift or carry my baby. Could I have caused internal damage or just bruising?
