What Causes Bleeding After Sex And Burning In Vaginal Area?
I had sex the second time after 7 years and i bled after the intercourse. I kept bleeding for half a day. A week after that i had severe burning and itching in my vagina with thick and white pus discharge. I visited a gynaecologist and she prescribed me oral ciprofloxacin and tinidazole and vaginal suppositories of clindamycin and clotrimazole for 6 days. What might be the cause for my bleeding and the burning in the vaginal area

Possibly some abrasion which got infected during sexual intercourse or even an infection transmitted by your partner. But I believe the former is more likely.
