What Causes Bleeding After Taking Postinor?

Hi doctor, am 23 , my height is 5.3 and I weigh 68 .i ended my period somewhere last week Thursday. I had sex on Saturday bush I took postinor , unfortunately I couldn't take the second pill. Now I noticed light blood on Wednesday evening and now it seems am menstruating again. How do I explain this?

Bleeding after taking Postinor can be due to irregularities in hormonal cycle so I would suggest you have a thyroid profile test done.
