What Causes Bleeding And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

I believe I may be bleeding from my pee hole . .I did check to see if it was my period, but it is not my period and also it feels like I have got to pee but I don't have to. And when I do pee it burns terribly. Does anyone know what may be causing this !??
