OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding and spotting in early pregnancy can be due to :
1. ectopic pregnancy
2. threatened or missed abortion
3. bleeding around the fetus (subchorionic hemorrhage)
4. idiopathic ( no cause is found)
In such a situation, diagnosis is confirmed by ultrasound and proper examination.
If ultrasound dis not show anything serious, then you should restrict your activity and take progesterone support in the form of tablets or injection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
