Hi! i was having sex the other day and i realise that i had some bleeding two days after there was a foul smelling odor i went to the doctor and found out i have ovarian cyst and fibroids but i don't have any STD or infections they did blood work and gave me a shot of antibiotics in my bum but thee smell is still there i was wondering if it was the cyst draining out and how long would it last and what can i do to get rid of it there is no pain just the smell with a milky looking discharge and it don't smell fishy it smells old please help me
