What Causes Bleeding And Spotting Post Intercourse?

Hello my period started on the 29th of October and lasted for several days. Now it is the 11th of November and I was bleeding/spotting today. I have had unprotected sex and my boyfriend did in fact finish inside me. What is going on with my body? Please help! Could I be pregnant?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding after intercourse can be due to local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer. It can also be due to infection in the vagina.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get properly treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
