What Causes Bleeding And Thick Fluid Discharge After Dry Humping?

This was 3 days ago. Me and my girl were in a bath tub humping with our undergarments on. I didnt ejaculate but I pre-cummed. After that we took shower but used the same towel. Then we changed our clothes and went to bed. We dry humped for a while with our clothes(undergarments and jeans) on. I didn t ejaculate but nt sure about precum. Later in the evening she said that there was blood stain on her panty. She also felt pain in the abdomen and weakness. Next day she said that there was a discharge of thick white fluid from her vagina. It was her 14th day of period and she was ovulating.
