What Causes Bleeding At The End Of Motion?

hi i'm 25, i can see blood at the end of the motion. this is second time my frist time is one month ago, i met a doctor he gave me medicine, cerap, and cream to apply and told me to have rich fiber diet and veggies..and to sit in warn water... i tried all and i got crued but after a month i am facing the same problem again.... plz , give me a solution.

you are most likely suffering from fissure in ano.your doctor has advised all ways to alleviate your symptoms.In case you haven't followed his advices regularly like sitting in warm water mixed with dettol for about 10 minutes four times a day or taking lot of fibres and avoiding spice and junk foods your next best option is to go for a surgery if you have severe symptom.If you feel your symptoms have reduced you can follow these advices for 2 more months
