Hi,
Bleeding at the end of urination is most likely due to any problem in the urinary bladder. This is due to injury, infection or inflammation of the urinary bladder. Please get a ultrasound scan of your kidneys and urinary bladder with post void residue. You must consult an urologist and confirm your condition. Treatment depends on the causative reason.
