General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, the initial hematuria indicates possible calculus in the urinary bladder, prostate or urethra.

I recommend undertaking an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
