What Causes Bleeding Before Period Date With Twinges In Abdomen?
hi my name is shaz. i have started to bleed a small amount of blood but my period is not due until the 14th. it is acompanied by small twinges in my abdomen. people say it could be pregnacy but i had a car accident years ago and was told i couldnt have children. please help me im freaking out.

Bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. In fact pregnancy is characterized by absence of menstruation. Any bleeding during any stage of pregnancy is considered as risk to the pregnancy.
Your bleeding with twinges appears to be Mittelschmerz. Mittelschmerz is some amount of bleeding associated with some pain in the flanks on the day of egg release. Such bleeding usually lasts only for a day or two.
