Hi, Your symptoms are suggestive of a probable bacterial vaginitis. This can happen not due to too much intercourse but when your sexual partner has an infection. In the current scenario, you need to have a local examination to exclude local causes of the bleeding. A swab should be taken from the vagina to detect any infection and treat appropriately. If there is no local cause found for the bleeding, hormone imbalances should be thought of. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route should be done to know the status of the pelvic organs. Your sexual partner also should be examined and treated. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
