What Causes Bleeding During 10th Week Of Pregnancy?
hi doctor,i m in my 10th week of pregnancy.I started bleeding since my 6th week.but it has reduced and now i am getting very light and very few drops in whole day.got Ultrasound done in 7.5 week baby was ok with no complications.but my bleeding is not getting completely stopped though i am taking complete bed rest since 6th week.what does it indicates and my gyne says bleeding should have stopped in so many days with complete bed rest.what should I do and what does it indicates to you.Bleeding is very light and only 2 or 3 drops in whole day.but its not stopping completely.please suggest something as i am feeling very nervous.
You are having a threatened abortion with continuous spotting for so long.Since you have not repeated a scan since last 2.5 weeks ,I would advise you to undergo a scan for checking if the fetus is OK and heart beat is present. If fetal heart is present then ,you can continue rest and things will improve after 12 weeks .But if fetal heart is found to be absent ,then I am afraid you must have miscarried and this then becomes an incomplete abortion.
Please get a ultrasound scan done and follow up with it to a gynaecologist.
