What Causes Bleeding During Bowel Movement And Abdomen Pain?
Hello I am 33 female I have piles and they bleed alot my stools are normally full of blood and are very runny like water. Every time I need to have a poo I have to push with my hand on the skin between my vagina and bottom or it wont come out. I have constant pain in my abdomen and I am constantly tired is all this normal or is there some thing wrong?

your problem is constipation u need to change your diet
take plenty of fibre food like fresh vegetables and fruits
try to avoid meat.
take 3 litres of water every day.
