What Causes Bleeding During Non Penetrative Sex?
I have had an off-and-on relationship with a guy for 3 years. Ever since I can remember, I have bled from fingering. Recently it has seemed like much more blood than usual. Why might this be? I always thought that maybe it was from being too rough or having sharp nails, but I am tired of always bleeding. What should I do?

Rough fingering might be issue for bleeding while fingering.
As i had gone through your query you mentioned that you are having issue while always fingering so i would like to advice you that possibility of low amount of pre cum in vagina.
Bleeding may occur if amount of pre cum from vagina is less and due to that finger cant enter in vagina easily and due to that it might possible that you had bleeding issue.
You may use lubricant if it happens each time you had fingering or sex so that finger could enter easily.
But i would suggest to go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for fingering or intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.
Still you are facing the same issue than i would like to suggest to concern a good doctor and check for issue they will suggest you better.
