OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to:
1. Abortion
2. Bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
3. Rarely, no cause is found( idiopathic).
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and investigated using ultrasound and get appropriate treatment. You also need to get a rhogam injection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
