What Causes Bleeding During Urination?

i am bleeding while i pee.. i mean its not the pee its the blood alone.. this happend after i masturbated vigourously.... is it a serious issue.??its not once that it happend it happed 6 times in an hour.... the amount of blood is also more..... is there anything serious??
