Hello,

You are suffering from bleeding from the clitoris. Without physical examination it is very difficult to diagnose the cause. However, abrasion or laceration caused during fingering while having sex, accumulation of impurities like dirt, debris, and dead skin under the clitoris hood may cause infection and hence the symptoms. Other similar causes can be injury while wiping or cleaning the clit, be gentle with yourself.

Yeast infection may cause itching and redness around the clitoris, scratching may causes bleeding. Do not touch or scratch. If you have yeast infection apply clotrimazole cream on the area affected. Bacteria from hands can also infect clitoris, also irritation against the innerwear may cause bleeding. Stress factors may trigger symptoms if clit is infected. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene. Avoid wearing excessively tight clothes, Douching harms the balance of vaginal bacteria so avoid it.

If sexually active you may be considered for HSV infection. Get STD and all other tests done. You will be accordingly treated. Keep the vaginal and clitoral area clean by washing twice a day with lukewarm water and a gentle antibacterial soap. Wear cotton undergarments aa they are effective for keeping allergies away. Be careful while wiping the private parts after defecation and better wipe front to back so that vagina remains clean. Applying Neosporin for relief if its not fungal infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
