Hello respected, I think you may have pyogenic granuloma , a common condition,type of benign growth, that looks like a mole, has vascular component and has bleeding tendency especially on minor trauma and it s painful too. another condition that can match your complain is the wart , a type of viral infection of skin only, it is usually asymptomatic black or brown small papule and rarely if traumatized can bleed. cancer in a mole is usually a slow process, in which existing mole enlarge in size, may change in color, bleed and it is painful, and it s rare too. so my advice is consult a good dermatologist nearby and get it removed by radio cautery machine or laser machine and also do a biopsy of the same to confirm the diagnosis .
