What Causes Bleeding From Penis After Hernia Surgery?

Hi had hernia operation 5 weeks ago was masterbating a few days ago and blood came out of my penis while masterbating got scared and waited till I need to go to the toilet but no blood just urine left it a few days and was just masterbating and blood started to come out again
