Ok, in the shower, I looked down and blood all over my hand and shower floor. After inspection there was blood coming out of my penis under bottom just behind the head. Coming out like a tiny pin hole. With pressure. This happened 4 times. Really worried
Since blood is coming out from just below the glans it looks like frenulum tear due to injury, strenuous exercise or rough sex. However, it could be due to UTI, prostrate issues, STD, orchitis, balanitis or epididymitis. You are suggested to get clinically examined & get treated at the earliest.
In the meantime, avoid sex. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Keep the affected area clean & apply Neosporin or Bacitracin ointment. It should heal within a few weeks. You can take a course of oral antibiotics if the tear is severe.
