What Causes Bleeding From Rectum And Abdominal Pain?

Hello I'm 22, female, 5'3 and about 180 or 190. I have high blood pressure, and haven't had a gallbladder for like 3 years. I've been having bright red blood from my rectum, not just a little but almost as much as a vaginal flow when I wipe, and the left side abominable pain that is sharp and really hurts. It is like up under my rib cage. What could that be? Thanks in advance!
