What Causes Bleeding From Testicle Sack?

Today apparently for no reason while I was lying down found profuse bleeding from my testicle sack. There was no pain whatsoever. This is happened once earlier a few years back. I am a male 48 years old perfectly healthy and no history of any disease.

Other causes like Testicular tumour needs to be ruled out.
