What Causes Bleeding From The Mouth?

Hi my name is Kati I am only 22 but for the last year I have been mentally and physically going threw a lot of issues in terrified to go to the doctor : symptoms started with me coughing up ecto plasma ,then black resign tar ,yesterday blood was pouring from m mouth ,another symptom is I have lost a tremendous amount of weight in last 3 months I went from 4 to a kids 16 and I have had diarrhea for a year I m being accused of anorexia I cant sleep or eat ,and my brain hurts all the time I cant control my anger and am now mentally losing it from stress I also am trying to find a term for me I will not eat anything I am so picky I no longer even like to drink I feel I am detraining away

I would strongly suggest to see a doctor. Do not be afraid, sometimes a minor complaint such as GI ulcer, etc can mimic such a complaint. however, a timely manangemt can prevent further complications.
I suggest to see a gastroenterologist soon and not be worried. I wish you a good health.
