What Causes Bleeding From The Nose?

i took a hard blow to the face (water) when jumping off a dock. no issues immediately. bent over, nose bleed, slightly blew nose and immediate swelling occurred under lower right eye. painful at first but now just slightly swollen, do not want to blow, used netty pot and a large amount of blood came from nasal cavity. wondering what may have happened and who to go see.

Hi,
If it was really a large amount of blood and you have swelling under your eye, you might have got fracture. You should see an ENT to check for your nose and if needed CT scan of Paranasal sinuses and nasal endoscopy should be done.
