Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From your description, it is likely that you have some anatomical or hormonal defect that has resulted in the absence of menarche. The fact that you experienced bleeding after consummation is possibly due to rupture of the hymenal membrane. The persistent bleeding in the current scenario calls for further evaluation to detect the cause. An infection, inadequate vaginal cavity leading to trauma during intercourse or tears are likely and you need to be simultaneously explored for amenorrhea or absence of periods. Hope this helps.
