What Causes Bleeding In 28 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 28 weeks pregnant and just went to the washroom. I haven't been feeling well lately. I went to the washroom and went number 2 and when I wiped...there was blood on the toilet paper. I don't know if I have hemroids or if there is something more serious happening. Any help or advice?

1.If the trace of bleed in the anal opening then there is nothing to do with pregnancy. Its most probably haemorrhoids / anal fissures. For which you have to take more salads, finer diet and plenty of water - and do sitz bath (sitting in the Luke warm water for 15 - 20 min twice a day)
2.If any leak or bleed per vaginally then you have to worry. And get an immediate scan to see the baby well being.
