What Causes Bleeding In A Menopause Woman Post An Intercourse?

I am a 47 year old female I have gone through menopause I have not had a period in 5 years I am now having pain bloating and bloody discharge I thought I had a UTI but I dipped my urine and the urine came up SG 1025, PH 6 and RBC large I am also burning and pain in lower stomach any ideas the bleeding started after having intercourse with husband any ideas

Hi,
I understand your concern.
- First it's essential to exclude urinary infection with blood in urine. Urine microscopic test ( specially catheter sample can confirm infection in such condition.) please get it done earliest to confirm/ treat or exclude such infection.It seems to be more possible because of burning/ PH is 6
- Post intercourse bleeding in a menopausal woman ,indicates immediate gynecological examination to have a through internal & biopsy if needful.( for exclusion/ early diagnosis & treatment of malignancy)
