What Causes Bleeding In Ears After Cleaning Due To Hearing Problem?

My husband couldn t hear out of one of his ears, so he went to ear, nose and throat Dr. and he cleaned both ears. My husband began to hear again out of the ear that was giving him a problem. A couple days later he started to bleed out of the ear that was giving him a problem. There has been blood on his pillow for three nights now. He has an appointment again this afternoon, what do you think it is? Thank you

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello...thanks for your query.....after carefully reading your history, i personally think that either wax granuloma is present or he might have developed some granulations in the ear after cleaning (which at times can be traumatic).....you don't have to worry and see your doctor...he'll take care of them....all the best.
