What Causes Bleeding In The Nose?

Hey there,
I'm having some issues with a bloody nose.
It is occurring very often lately, about twice or even three times a week.
The blood loss is way more then it used to be, i estimate about 20 till 50 mL per time.
Another notable thing is, it only happens to my left nostril.
Should i be concerned and seek medical help, or can this be solved easily.
I'm a 19 year old student (M)
Thank you for your help.
Your sincerely.
