What Causes Bleeding Problem During Pregnancy?

every time my wife concieve she got problems e.g. bleeding during second or fourth month , some times white fluid discharged from vagina , excess fluid around baby in seventh month etc. i consulted doctirs they said its natural or due to weakness. please tell me what is the real prioblem????????????????

Any bleeding at any stage of pregnancy is not normal and indicates the risk to the baby and/or mother.
Before three months of pregnancy if the bleeding takes place, it is threatening to abort or could be due to baby outside the uterus or due to abnormal pregnancy.
Bleeding after three months more seriously affects baby or/and mother. It could be due to placental problem, bleeding disorders or such things.
In most of the cases Ultrasonography reveals the cause and the management can be planned.
Other white discharge from vagina can be due to some sort of infection - fungal, trichomonal or bacterial. The first two cause a lot of itching.
Excessive mucoid discharge without any other symptoms is known during pregnancy.
Please get her clinically examined from an Obstetrician only and get the expert opinion.
