What Causes Bleeding Through And Trouble In Bowel Moments After Anal Sex?

Im a 35 year old female. Last night I had anal sex for the first time. This morning I woke up in alot of pain and there are small amounts of blood present. Now I keep getting cramps and pressure like I have to pass bowels, when I try there's hardly anything to pass. Why is this?
