What Causes Bleeding Through Vagina After Sneezing?

Hi, today I was going to bathroom and I sneezed and then I noticed that when I wiped I was bleeding. I also want to say I had I hysterectomy many years ago... And also, I notice some blood after intercross sometimes also. What do you think about this?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that there is chances of vault infection so I would suggest a course of broad spectrum antibiotics (amoxycillin clauvulunic acid tablet for 5 days and metronidazole tablets for 5 days) along with tranaxemic acids for 5 days. Do complete blood count and bleeding time and clotting time test, also, a sugar test to exclude diabetes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
