Hello dear Understand your concern Bleeding after surgical abortion is very less. But some if surgical abortion was done by unexperience hand in septic condition chance of bleeding is high. Brown bleeding means blood remain in the uterus for sometime and then it will come out called stale blood. There may be possibility of retain product of conception or vaginal/pelvic infections. Better to consult the gynecologist ang undergo investigation like USG scan and swab test to diagnose above cause. Incomplete abortion will treated by misoprostol or D & C. Infection require course of antibiotics. Hope this may help you Best regards'Dr. Sagar
