What Causes Bleeding While Blowing The Nose?

My husband has been sick with this cold going around for three days. When he blows his nose it was yellow and now when he blows his nose it is bloody. He only sees blood when he blows his nose, it doesn t flow out of his nose like with a nose bleed. But he said there is a lot of blood when he does blow it.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi Mam,
Most welcome to health care magic and suggests to your husband to avoid nose blowing for at least 7 days and instill botroclot nasal and otrivin nasal drop 2 drops five times a day. Bleeding may be due to the trauma of the anteroinferior quandrant of the nasal septum of that side.

But to rule out other disease please consult your doctor.

Thanks
