OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. During the very first sexual intercourse, the hymen is ruptured and this can result in pain and/or bleeding. This is the most likely cause for your symptoms. Another possible reason is the cystitis, the so called 'Honeymoon Cystitis' , often associated with consummation. A urinalysis will rule out infection and the situation is self-limiting, relieved with anti-spasmodic medication and urinary alkalinizers. Please avoid further intercourse until you are healed well and get further help from your health care provider. Take care.
