What Causes Bleeding With Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I'm only 15 and a virgin and I noticed the other day after masturbating that I was bleeding lightly. It has been about 5 days since it started and sometimes there is a good amount of blood lost. I thought it may be from my birth control but I'm not sure. I also have some lower abdominal pain. Please help

This may be normal periods. Periods date can change due to hormonal imbalance so no need to worry. If it takes more than 7 days, consult a gynecologist.
