General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. You seem to have delayed conception with hormone deficiency.. leading to bleeding . some of the blood being collected behind placenta.. which is seen in USG. That along with lower HCG levels are points of concern. As now heart beats are located, you have hopes of maintaining pregnancy. Please consult an experienced gynecologist , get investigated & start with specific treatment advised there after( along with hormone supplements ). Take rest/ eat healthy/ avoid physical or psychological stress.GEt a through pregnancy check up done regularly. Doctor will assess & confirm babies well being & treat you accordingly . With due care you can hope for best. Thanks.
