What Causes Blind Spot In Focal Point In Both Eyes?

Hi, i have good eyesight but now and then i get a blind spot in my focal point in both eyes that looks like very small back and white lines moving, it's for about half an hour to an hour and grows towards the upper right of my vision, i've recently recovered from severe ME and have fibromyalgia

you could be seeing shadows of some strands in the gel like substance inside the eye..
It is age related and nothing to worry about.
If you gave any history of diabetes do consult the doctor for thorough evaluation of retina ..

It could be vitreous floaters.
it doesn't affect your vision.
If it is associated with headache it could be migraine and consult the doctor for treatment.
otherwise you don't have to worry. .
