What Causes Blind Spots In Eyes With Numbness Suggest?

I think I just had a stroke. Up to now, my head is aching, but the blind spot in my vision has already returned. The numbness has already subsided, but I can still feel some numbness from my extremities. I also had some problems understanding what I was reading. I also vomited awhile ago. Do I need to go to a doctor? I m 26 by the way

these are not signs os stroke, it appears tobe anxiety neurosis. Still you can have checkup by neurologist.
