What Causes Blister Bubbles On Hands And Soles Of Feet?

Hi, was just wondering what i might have. I occassionally get small blister type bubbles come out on my hands and soles of my feet. They are very itchy and the ones on my soles are very thick. If i happen to pop them they hurt and i cant touch them. They then go hard and then once dried out my skin peels. If i leave them eventually the same thing happens. On my hands they end up being on the palm of my hand and down the sides of my fingers they are irritating and my hands go extremely dry before getting them untl after they go. What is it????
