What Causes Blister Like Bump On Lower Part Of Eye?

Hi my 1 6 yr old son was diagnosed with having a stye on his rt eye by a doctor and we were told to apply a warm tea bag 2 a day and to apply his erythromycin ointment 2 a day also,which we have been doing.and it appeared to be going away and now his eye has a like blister like looking bump on his lower part of his eye and his says that it does not hurt and we dont know if its still the stye?
