What Causes Blister Under Nipple After A Breast Reconstruction Surgery?
I had breast reconstruction surgery 6-8 weeks ago. I got a blister under the nipple and now it s scabbed over and red and hot. I have had implants for 7 years and the plastic surgeon just gave me a cream and told me I burned my self some how. Now it s really sore and I m worried.

it is best if you do a follow-up consultation with your surgeon, as you might be having an infection on the post-operative site. physical examination and clinical evaluation is best. daily wound care and proper antibiotic management will be directed accordingly if there is indeed an infection.
